  3. Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

  4. Processing & Refund – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
